What StayListed is

StayListed monitors FDA's public DECRS file for the drug establishment registrations you choose to track, and sends email alerts about renewal windows and record changes. It is an informational monitoring tool — not legal or regulatory advice, not a registration or filing service, not a US Agent, and not affiliated with FDA or the U.S. Government.

Your responsibility

You remain responsible for your own compliance, including submitting your annual establishment registration renewal through FDA's eDRLS/FURLS systems between October 1 and December 31. Regulatory requirements can change, FDA's file can lag your submission, and email can land in spam. Treat StayListed as a safety net, not a substitute for your own calendar and diligence.

Accuracy of the data

We report what FDA's published file says on the day we read it, and our alerts state which day's file they are based on. We do not independently verify FDA's data and cannot guarantee it is current, complete, or free of error at any moment.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StayListed's total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months. We are not liable for deactivated registrations, delisted NDCs, detained or refused shipments, lost orders, or consequential damages.

Billing

Paid plans are billed annually through Stripe and can be canceled at any time — you keep access through the end of the paid period. Full refund within 30 days of first payment, no questions asked. Founding pricing is locked for the life of the subscription.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes are emailed to active subscribers at least 14 days in advance.
