Where to find your FEI
The FDA Establishment Identifier appears on your registration confirmation in FURLS/eDRLS. It is normally 7 to 10 digits. Older establishments sometimes have shorter numbers, and this form accepts those too.
What this lookup does not do
It reads a public file — it does not touch your FURLS account, and it cannot submit or change anything with FDA. If you want to be told when this record changes rather than checking it yourself, that is what the paid plans do.
